We, the people of the United States of America, feel that there has not been adequate long term independent testing concerning the safety of consuming GMO products nor has there been tests regarding the possible ill effects GMO crops may have on our environment. Therefore, we are demanding that the administration ban all GMO production and distribution in the United States in the name of public health and the safety of our environment.
We demand the use of sustainable agricultural practices when it comes to food production and GM crops do not allow for such practices. Often requiring more water and more pesticides than traditional crops, GM crops will in fact destroy our environment.
Until GMOs are banned we will continue to educate our friends and neighbors on the dangers of GMOs.
