Gun free zones create a false sense of safety. They disarm law abiding citizens, leaving them easy prey for the criminal and the insane. The gun-free-zone is the root cause of all mass murders at our schools, theaters, and other public places. The 2nd amendment was intended to afford law abiding citizens the ability to protect themselves, their families, and their community against criminal elements of all kinds. The gun-free-zone is a facial violation of the 2nd amendment rights of all Americans, it is time to abolish and outlaw this dangerous practice.
