Ban guns we can't use! Why make a gun when you can't legally use it? Make people take mental tests and take an oath.

Why does America make guns that an American can't legally use? Ban them all (except self defense and hunting weapons)! People who own guns need to go thru emissions to make sure the gun is safe to use and take a mental test to make sure they aren't mentally insane. And possibly the gov't can tax ammo and tools for guns too. Creating emissions creates jobs too! The only person who should use an AK47 is the men and women on the battlefield.
