Insomuch as the people wish to enact legislation that will save lives, and since in the last year, they have taken more lives than rifles and shotguns combined, it is obvious that the United States congress must take immediate action to alleviate the clear and present danger posed by hands and feet. Since no constitutional authority has ever found that the right to keep and bear arms actually refers to the arms that are attached to humans, there is clearly no second amendment violation. While I cannot suggest in what manner such a ban would be enacted, I have faith that our brave and wise congress can create legislation to rid us of these insidious and deadly weapons.
