Ban hands on humans. All murders can be traced back to being caused by a persons hands. No hands, no murders.

We need to establish a ban on hands. If we were to cut off a persons hands at birth then we would be guaranteed that no gun could be fired, no knife wielded, nor any other weapon could be used to kill another human being. Without hands, we can live happily knowing that no other person could possibly use a weapon to kill us.
