Ban high capacity magazines for Law Enforcement

What my petition is intended for is that if civilians are not allowed to have high capacity magazines, than why let Law Enforcement have them. Law Enforcement personnel are better trained than civilians so they should not need the capacity these magazines offer, plus there usually sold to civilians at a later date when new magazines are issued to the officers. This petition would include law enforcement officers from City agencies, county agencies, state agencies, and federal agencies including secret service personnel who protect the president, because if its good for the citizens its good enough for the president.
