Ban High Fructose Corn Syrup in Food Products for Human Consumption.

Created by D.C. on May 06, 2014

High Fructose Corn Syrup is in everything from your bread to ice cream but it is not the same as sugar. It breaks down much faster and thus causes liver damage and does not cause the pancreas to make insulin, which is what causes people to feel full. This can cause people, especially children, to eat more. It has also been shown to contain potentially dangerous levels of mercury left from the manufacturing process.
