1) Noncooperation with the investigation into the September 11, 2012 attack on Benghazi that resulted in the death of US Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other US nationals.

3) A history of her and her husband, former President Bill Clinton; lying, making unbecoming comments, shady actions, and scandals (Whitewater, etc.) that are unsuitable for someone to hold high office in the United States of America's government.
