Ban HOA's "Homeowner Associations" Outlaw HOA's
HOA's are pathways to corruption and only promote private governments
HOA's promote corruption by and through so called Board Members and Management Companies who use HOA's for profit and the majority of HOA's are corrupt and need to be banned "outlawed"
HOA's should be subject to all contract laws, and if they breach their contract with even one person they should be dissolved.
Stop allowing HOA's to violate land owner rights, and allow homeowners the right to separate from their HOA whenever they are being abusive or a nuisance and an abatement.
Stop the HOA's from Controlling and assessing Homeowners.
