Ban hold music for all business phone calls, or require the hold music to be a comedy radio station, or 60's rock

Hold music should not be so unpleasant as to make the time waiting for someone to answer unbearable, this petition seeks to require, nay I say DEMAND that awful hold music be banned or at least only used to torture prisoners in order to procure useful information from them to save the children of this great country.
