A ban on the home owners association for having any say on what you can and can't do with your own home. The person who buys the house should have the right to do whatever they please with their own home not have someone dictate to them what to do with thier own property while further extending the burden of charging the home owner lots of money for doing nothing. If they want a say on someones property and charge them lots of money then they should have to take care of the whole exterior of that property like mowing, triming, edging etc. if not then they really should have no say at all.
