ban homework

Homework is a monster and im not saying this without reason. First off their is a multitude of reasearch and evidence to show that homework does not help and in fact causes problems instead including sleep loss, weight gain or loss, slowing of acqdemic progress, increased levels of stress, headaches, and excetera. With all that it doesnt even help kids like me learn or study. And secondly i feel i violates a couple of my rights im not taking this out of nowhere but, the second i leave school i am legally releaced from the jurisdiction of the school rules and employees, yet i am still figuratively forced to do school related work and i am punished for not doing it. I am punished for not doing something that hurts me. What happened to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness please no hw
