Students everywhere can all agree that homework does more harm than good. By homework I mean short term assignments, often due within a couple days, that are handed out with the intention of being started and completed outside of school. The effect turns out to be higher stress levels on the students and even a lack of sleep. It also makes a student concentrate not on learning, but on their grade. Projects and classwork that hasn't been completed in class and taken home is fine, but when assignments are assigned as homework students are put with more work that causes more stress and a less healthy life style.
