Ban hooded sweatshirts. Based on the fact the government feels that inanimate objects create crime.

Since the government feels compelled to associate certain inanimate objects with crime and the fact that the nightly news broadcast includes pictures of robberies by criminals wearing hooded sweatshirts, I feel the abolishment of those items of clothing will result in a reduction of crime and the associated assaults and murder. For this reason, I am asking for a ban on the wearing of hooded sweatshirts, ski mask, and other identity concealing apparel.
