HSBC paid a fine of 1.9 billion for dealing with our enemys including al qaeda,iran and mexican drug lords. This is 5% of their profits over the last 2 years. They should no be allowed to operate in the US at all. Its time to put an end to abuses by banks once and for all and putting a major bank out of business for their crimes would be a good start.
