Sea world has recently violated the Animal Welfare Act for imprisoning orca whales in "tiny-cage like tanks". The park's conditions are dangerous for the animals' health and Sea World claims to only hold the orcas captive for educational purposes, we all can assume however it is mostly for profits because anyone can conclude that an orca living in a bath-tub sized tank for the rest of their lives is unhealthy and unfair. Orca whales deserve to be free in the boundless ocean.
