Ban the inhumane gassing of animals in the United States

This is in regard to a method of sending large numbers of poor unwanted and often sick animals across The Bridge still widely used across our nation that is in fact nothing short of Animal Cruelty. This needs to be stopped. The animals suffer terribly on their way out of this hateful world. Before they pass, they suffer through on average 40 minutes of first steady anxiety as they're packed into the death cage one by one then outright fearfulness as they're then locked in... exploding into sheer terror as they're plunged into total blackness, erupting into violent fighting with one another- defecating and vomiting convulsively as they gasp desperately but in vain for air that's suddenly but permanently, mercilessly no longer there.
