Ban insurance companies and employers from excluding "spousal coverage" on Employer Health Insurance Plans

Presently, employers can (and more are doing this) exclude spouses in Family plans if the spouse has an insurance option with the spouse's employer. This creates higher costs and in some cases can put the spouse in a less affordable and serviceable plan. the spouse is forced to separate from the family coverage plan the others enjoy. this is done strictly so employers do not have to pay higher fees through new legislation. THIS NEEDS TO STOP AND EMPLOYERS OR INSURANCE COMPANIES NEED TO BE FORBIDDEN TO "CARVE OUT" SPOUSES FROM FAMILY HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS!!!!!
