On this webpage, people have submitted photos and videos they have taken of murder victims and rape victims. There are even clear faces of the criminal. The Federal Government needs to investigate these photos to solve crimes.
The dismantled or tortured victim is a son or daughter, a mother or father, and a citizen of this country and deserves to not be used as an enjoyment toy to a sociopath.
This webpage is encouraging people to commit heinous crimes and video tape or photograph it just to try and get on this page. As a victim to being photographed during a rape, I am appalled that this website exists.
BAN it, INVESTIGATE it, and PROSECUTE the criminals.
