Justin Bieber only causes problems; drag racing with a DUI, spitting on his fans, running over a paparazzi, graffiti, hard drug use, while having a young fan-base which gives them a bad impression, and having a scape-goat buddy, loud parties passed legal limit. Now if this were any other person from another country they'd be deported, though it seems a lot of Canada doesn't even want him, thus making him a global disinterest.
