Ban killing all animals (wild or otherwise) in zoos, sanctuaries and/or privately owned farms when they attack.

America has a habit of automatically killing WILD animals during an attack or after the conclusion of an attack. The latest example of this is in a sanctuary located in Dunlap California, which occurred on March 6th 2013. The WILD animal was killed due to human error. The employee was not supposed to be in the cage alone, much less, at all, being a newly hired employee. The WILD animal displayed its natural instincts and habits and was penalized with death due to the attack. Reform protocols for all Zoos, private farms, sanctuaries, and all other animal housings to ensure that it is mandatory for the animal to be placed back in the WILD when it displays natural territorial attacks or other habits and instincts by its own nature. Don't penalize them with death for being a wild animal.
