Ban of Large Scale Commercial Dog Breeding Companies (Puppy Mills) and Associated Stores

Large scale breeding organizations commonly known as "Puppy Mills" provide an unethical treatment of animals, an unhealthy resulting product (dogs), and are too large and expansive to regulate and therefore should be banned. Animal ethics is a controversial topic, but it is something that should be decided and enforced. In many states "Puppy Mills" are rarely if ever inspected, and when done laws are rarely enforced. AL, AK, AR, CA, HI, ID, IN, KY, LA, MN, MS, MT, ND, OR, UT, WA, and WY all lack inspection requirements. Many states are lacking in rigid uniform requirements of how the animals should be treated. Poor standards result in poorly socialized inbreed dogs that serve as a poor product.The customer who is often unaware of the defects. Puppy Mills perpetuate deceit and corruption.
