ban law enforcement entrapment.

Created by J.S. on August 03, 2012

No law enforcement official (local, state, or federal) should be permitted to falsify their identity on the internet in order to entrap sexual predators. While I don't argue that sexual predators, especially pedophiles, are a danger to our society, they are still citizens of our country. And as citizens they deserve the same rights and protections that our constitution provides. If law enforcement can not arrest a sexual predator without pretending to be a child, woman, man, or anyone other than themselves then they should find a sexual predator that is worth catching. Sandusky for example.
