ban lobbying groups from unfairly influencing Congress

Pass a law making it illegal for lobbying groups to give ANY money, gift, or favor to a Congressman. Instead, for the privilege of being able to meet with a Congressman, the lobbying group should pay the U.S. TREASURY a tax, equal to 10% of their adjusted gross from the previous year.
This will accomplish several things:
1. For the first time in years, Congress will represent the American People, as our forefathers meant it to be. Lobbying groups will still be able to meet with Congressmen and be heard, but will not be able to unfairly influence them.
2. The lobbying groups, instead making the few Americans who work in Congress wealthy, will be helping to pay down the national debt.
3. Soon, the Congressmen who were in Washington only to fill their own pockets with money will leave
