For far too long, local police forces have been abusing their power. We need to stop police departments from conducting internal investigations when they commit crimes against the population and give the power to the FBI or some other Federal agency. Police officers are citizens just like the rest of us and should be subject to the same justice system that they force Americans into on a daily basis.
I believe that in doing this, the police will be much more cautious about wronging the population since no policeman wants to serve time in jail alongside those they helped put there.
NO MORE IA! NO MORE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY! And most importantly, no more spilling of American blood.
