It is time that Asbestos be eliminated in the US.
Currently it is estimated by the CDC, and WHO that about 10,000 Americans die every year from Asbestos exposure from some point in their life.
Most people who are exposed to Asbestos may not even know that products contain it, and that products can still be manufactured with Asbestos. Americans may also not know the potentially deadly risks of Asbestos, usually resulting in Cancer, or other conditions, within 20 years of initial exposure. The EPA states that there is no safe limit when it comes to Asbestos exposure.
It is time that the US moves forward, for the health, and for the betterment of everyone.
