Ban the manufacture or import of high capacity magazines “over 20” rounds. Very few hand guns use 20+ round magazines.

There is no need for 30, 60, 100 round magazines. Handguns use magazines which hold more than 10 rounds.
By only banning magazines of greater than 20 rounds you protect the public from the perceived threat and don't affect the right of the shooting public.
