ban marijuana use in all 50 states for non-medical practice.

i have seen and heard too many people who are "stoned" all they do is lay about all day, get high and talk. most do not work and complain about how life is cruel. others steal and rob people in order to get their fix, this needs to end now by making it illegal in all 50 states for non-medical practice and use. it has become a problem in todays sociaty and it needs to be solved now, the people who often use it will sometimes use violence in order to maintain their high and if deprived long enough will kill. i have seen this happen many times and it needs to end!
