As a marine biologist and animal activist with dolphin training experience, I am shocked that marine mammal captures are not banned in the United States. Marine mammals, like dolphins, are still legally allowed to be captured and placed in human care for entertainment purposes. I am proposing a law that makes all marine mammal captures of this sort illegal.
