Ban market exchanges from giving High Frequency Traders faster market access and front running orders.

Created by I.B. on April 03, 2014

High Frequency Trader organizations pay stock market exchanges large fees in order to see order flow and step in front of mutual funds, pension funds, and the mom and pop investor. This allows the ability for legal front running of market participants, making the markets less efficient, and stealing money.
