Ban the media from publishing/publicizing the names of mass-murderers or serial killers to make their names "anathama"

Stop making anti-heroes of villiams! Elevation of anti-social behaviors may influence other unstable individuals to try to gain their own infamy. Media should memorialize the victims and ignore the perpetrators into oblivion. With every recent tragedy, media mentions the name(s) of the perpetuators as the reference, rather than the victims. That perpetuates their "infamy", and may serve to encourage others to follow them. Banning the use of their names during the initial investigations protects their rights, and after conviction, their surrender of their belonging to a civilized society. If necessary, make the use of mass-muderer's names a felony, with a hefty fee payable by the parenty organization.
