These non-leathal weapons are cruel punishment and toture. Psychological toture is verbal, emotional, psychological abuse along with sleep depervation, degrading, humiliation. Obama has banned cruel punishment and toture, but does it ban those issues for the American people? If we allow these weapons to be used on the American people are rights would not exsit the Consitution would be a lie and right now more then any thing Americans are counting on the Constitution to protect them from powers that are abused. Are we saying to America everyone else is allowed these rights and protections, but NOT their own people. This country was built to prosecut the gulity by a fair and equal justice system not to take away the 5th, 8th, 10th, and 14th Amendment.
