Ban military grade assault rifles,their civilian copies, and handguns. Limit htg rifles and shotguns to 3 round capacity

I request that we ban assault rifle weapons and handguns. Hunting rifles and shotguns can be limited to three round capacity. This will allow for hunters and sport shooters to continue to enjoy their rights responsibly, while severly limiting the ability for a gunman to target and kill large numbers of people in a short time with a single weapon. In no way does this infringe on the second amendment because the right to bear arms is not being infringed in any way. Only the amount of possible damage if the weapon is abused is being restricted.
