Due to the rise in the issuance of No-Knock Warrants, and the alarming number of Innocent Victims, in their own homes, being mistakenly and unjustifiably Killed by police during No-Knock Warrants;
We the People call on the Obama Administration to Order the Department of Justice, and all agencies which it controls, to BAN their law enforcement agents from seeking No-Knock Warrants without the express permission of the Attorney General of the United States.
Further, we ask that the administration call for Congressional action which BANS All No-Knock Warrants Nationwide.
