Ban Observation of Religious Holidays in American Public Schools.

In keeping with the Constitutional provision of separation between Church and State, We, The People, demand that the common observations of religious holidays be banned in our American Public Schools. Publics schools, run by state-level Boards of Education must abide to Federal mandates as provided by the Department of Education, which, in itself, must abide by Federal Law and the Constitution of the United States of America. As a result, the separation of Church and State must be reflected in all aspects of the government, including the Public School system.
