Cyber Bullying is one of the most vile things that exist in our youth today. It is the responsibility of the federal and state governments to mitigate cyber bullying and harassment to protect our young Americans.
Many teens today commit suicide due to the stresses faced from cyber bullies. This is an issue that must be stopped immediately. One child lost to cyber bullying is one too many.
I propose that Congress pressure Nuistars, Inc to take down the "Ogle" phone application on the basis that it is largely used in schools as a conduit for cyber harassment between students which could be considered felony stalking (pursuant 18 USC § 2261A) along with violating many state laws.
