It is very hard to see oncoming traffic during the night hours who have LED lifts equipped on their vehicles. Low beam lights are quite bright for the normal eye sight to handle let alone high beam lights. It almost blinds me for a few seconds till the car passes. Then when you add fog lights, which people use on a regular basis, it's extremely blinding. Even more so when vehicles are driving up hill, the headlights are aimed at eye level and it continues to blind.
