The user "oscarapples" on the popular smart phone application known as iFunny plagiarizes the work of others by taking their works and claiming them as his own without giving any credit to the original creator. This is a direct violation of the first amendment because we cannot post anything without the fear of this abusive user taking advantage of our creativity.
