We the people will not support subsidies for rich people.
Federal Employees and Contractors, at the highest levels, have been overcompensated and we want it to stop.
Since the President of the United States is the top of the ladder, whose compensation has been set and authorized by our representatives in Congress, his/hers shall be the upper limit.
No Federal employee shall receive more compensation than the President of the United States.
No Federal Contractor shall be employed by the Federal Government if that contractor or any of his subcontractors, ad infinitum, pays any individual more than the compensation of the President of the United States.
No Government Appointee shall receive more compensation than the President of the United States.
This is the "Fat Cat Ban Law".
