As a citizen of the United States, I plead that all Welfare programs have stricter requirements and that people involved in the programs should not be able to take advantage of the Access card or other programs involved. Welfare programs are out to benefit people in need, not ones’ that are capable of providing for themsleves and are just going to take advantage of them. Therefore stricter regulations should be put in place.
