We the undersigned, hereby request a total ban on ownership and/or sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazine rounds to all except ACTIVE members of the military and law enforcement personnel. We believe this is not a violation of second amendment rights since such weapons were not in existence nor foreseen at the time the Constitution was written.
