Pentachlorophenol is a chemical banned in 26 countries and the United States other than for use on Utility Poles. 90 foot wooden "hurricane" utility poles are being installed in local towns in front of schools, homes and shops. Pentachlorophenol is lethal with no antidote. Penta is C6HCl5O.
