Ban people that are receiving Social Security benefits (physical & mental) from getting pregnant and keeping their check

We believe that if you are too physically or mentally disabled to work, hold a job or provide for your family, then you should not be able to create more children for the taxpayers to support. There are too many people out that that draw a crazy, lazy or drunk check, but yet are physically fit enough to have sex and create more children that they can not afford in the first place. By making it clear that if you are drawing these benefits, if you are physically able enough to have sex and procreate, then you fit enough to get a job and go to work. If a child is created during the time they draw such benefits, then such benefits must be stripped and the parent, not the taxpayer, must be made to provide for said child and choices.
