ban people on gov't aid i.e. welfare/medicaid/unemployment/disability from gambling and purchasing tobacco & alcohol.

Created by O.A. on January 24, 2013

The goal is to motivate unemployed, government assisted individuals to seek employment and financially support their own families. By taking away privileges such as gambling, using tobacco or alcohol that are not necessities for survival but are used frequently by government assisted individuals. If a person is in need of government assistance than they should loss privileges that do not help them get off assistance. It is imperative that anyone on assistance be drug tested to receive aid and then randomly tested throughout their duration on assistance. If a test is failed that individual losses all assistance indefinitely. A database should be created of all individuals on assistance. Any place selling these privileges would by law have to scan IDs to make sure an individual is not on aid.
