We the people have see way to much use of the dog filter commenly found on snapchat and we now demand action against it . Posting pictures with it on any social media site needs to be banned immediately . It is no longer "cute " or "funny " but instead "disturbing" and "Unnecessary". Everyone has it and it and we no longer care to have the filter forced upon us every click and swipe.
