Ban pets from public and retail buildings unless documented as a true handicap work animal. People with allergies ask.

Created by P.N. on December 11, 2012

While I respect animal rights, people should have rights too! The outdoor restaurants started allowing pets, and now they are everywhere from large retail stores, in shopping carts, and even in food warehouses. Those of us with animal dander allergies find ourselves sickened to the point of asthma attacks and rashes for days after using a shopping cart following patrons who used them to wheel their pets around the stores. Many of us have to live life carrying EpiPens constantly to prevent having to visit the emergency room at the hospital. While your pet may be cute, and good for you, please leave them at home so the rest of us can remain healthy. The fact that animals are allowed in grocery carts is unsanitary and a health risk as well in grocery stores and food warehouses.
