Take lethal ammunition away from police officers,peace keepers,deputies,ect...murder and shootings by police officer is on the rise significantly. Their policy of shoot first and ask questions later is killing on average of 600-700 american citizens per year. I petition that police and law and enforcement agencies across the country to switch to less than lethal ammunition. It would cut down the number of fatal police shootings drastically, while still allowing police to do their duties unhindered. Taking the life of another human being,no matter the circumstances is still murder. And officers are allowed to get away with it daily without question, because "its their job to 'PROTECT' us".I would like to live in a county where i don't have to fear for my life every time I get pulled over.
