Ban political campaign signs from all public and private land within every city limit in every state in the United State

There are too many people putting up campaign signs and it is making the city look trashy. The campaign signs are an eyesore and a distraction while driving. Campaign signs block scenic views. Campaign signs do nothing for the people. Political candidates should be forced to place paid ads in newspapers only.
