In recent years, politics have become money oriented. As Americans we believe we all should have an equal voice. The point of this petition is to call forth reforms when it comes to lobbying. Such reforms include but are not limited to:
1. Restricting all campaign contributions to individual American citizens (no Super PACs)
2. Setting a limit of $50,000 for any such contribution.
3. No money may enter a politicians personal account, only a campaign fund.
4. We must bar any politician who violates these rules from participating in any other public office.
These rules may seem harsh but one must realize those who have over 50k to spend on politicians must have ways to contact and influence politicians without money. These reforms would help clean up our country.
