Ban port authorities in counties without an international port.

Created by G.H. on August 13, 2013

Since the introduction of the Tuscarawas County (Ohio) Port Authority, it has stepped beyond it's intended function.
Local small businesses, and local events are being called upon to pay high fees to the port authority for functions that are not in the description of a port authority.
